For on-site support, our experienced team is able to manage internal HR systems and processes so that you can outsource some or even all of your HR to us. This could include issues such as discipline and grievances, dismissals, managing staff attendance, redundancies, recruitment and performance issues. We also attend and manage meetings with staff including discipline and grievance hearings and redundancy meetings.
