Kate Shepherd LL.B (Hons) Chartered MCIPD F.Inst.LEX
Our Managing Director, Kate Shepherd is a charismatic employment lawyer who specialises in HR and employment law, both training and consultancy. Before setting up KSA, Kate qualified as a solicitor, and practised employment law at a senior level within a leading practice in the Midlands.
Kate is a Member of the Employment Lawyers Association, CIPD qualified, an Institute of Business Advisor and Mentor, East Midlands Business Champion and sits on the Employment Tribunal User Group for the Midlands region.
Jacqui Sjenitzer BSc, MCIPD
Jacqui is an experienced learning and development consultant, whose experience in both the public and private sectors spans 12 years. She specialises in psychology, communication and personal development.
Jacqui´s work at KSA involves encouraging personal growth through training, learning and coaching to facilitate attitudes and behavioural change.
Derek Eccleston M.A., FCIPD, ACII
Derek is an experienced and practical consultant, specialising in the provision of advice and training on employment law and employee relations. He spent over 20 years in senior HR roles in a number of industries - local government, engineering and financial services, prior to joining the Employment team of a prominent law firm.
Derek is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), a Chartered Insurer (ACII), and completed an MA in Employment Law with Leicester University in 2000. He is a senior presenter and Author for the CIPD and develops and presents public and in-house events. He is also a personal tutor on the Institute's Advanced Certificate in Employment Law.
In 2006 Derek was also appointed as a recognised trainer for the Financial Service Skills Council.
Linda Moyler MA, CertEd, MCIPD
Linda is an experienced management development professional and has extensive experience in designing and delivering multi-cultural programmes throughout the world. The majority of these programmes use a blended learning approach, integrating e-learning and workshop activity.
Before joining KSA, Linda was Head of Company Programmes for an international business school where she headed a team of faculty working on executive education programmes for major global companies. Linda retains links with the academic world and her current research areas are approaches to monitoring improved performance during a period of management education and the effect of individual learning styles within cross cultural groups.
Linda´s focus is very practical and concentrates on how she can ensure KSA´s clients achieve maximum return on investment through the development of their people.
Linda holds an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Rachel Coope BA (Hons) Law and International Finance
Our commercial compliance expert, Rachel Coope has worked at the highest level with blue chip organisations such as IBM, KPMG and Hewlett Packard providing commercial contracts and negotiations support.
Rachel also provides business support, using her skills and knowledge to advise clients on their commercial legal requirements.
Rachel is a member of the Institute of Business Advisors and provides training and consultancy for KSA on commercial compliance and related topics.
Nicki Robson
Nicki is an experienced and practical HR Consultant, specialising in operational HR support. Nicki provides HR support and development workshops to companies throughout the UK, covering a full range of HR needs.
Nicki has substantial experience working as a Human Resources Manager and a member of the senior management team with an international manufacturing company.
Amanda Riddle MCIPD
Amanda has over 20 years experience working within commercial companies and specialises in training design, delivery and evaluation, to ensure that clients achieve results through people.
Amanda uses her commercial experience to help organisations implement fundamental changes to their business. Her key areas of expertise are Management Development, Personal Development, Conflict Management and Change Management solutions. Amanda delivers focused training solutions for KSA, providing long term sustainable results.
