Our mission is to help companies transform their working relationships and environments to enable them to meet identified business goals. The Consultancy was founded by Kate Shepherd, a leading Employment Lawyer in the Midlands.
In building Kate Shepherd Associates, we have brought together a team of experts in employment law, HR, management development, health and safety, communication, cultural and behavioural change, diversity, workplace mediation and psychology.
We meet the needs of our clients using a number of strategies... either through training, working to define a learning and development strategy, coaching or team development.
As the business was set up by a lawyer, our work will always focus on avoiding the legal liabilities. But our first consideration is establishing a workable solution that will radically change your organisation and avoid litigation through the Courts or Tribunals.
